Been there!
Try simply highlighting the word, sentence or paragraph you wish to point
out to the person reading the screen over your shoulder.
I'm not exactly sure what happens to the text visually when you highlight
it, but something sets it apart from the rest for someone sight reading.

Perhaps this is a simple query or maybe not!
Could someone please lett me know when I for example am on the computer,
having Jaws as my screenreader, how can a sighted person who wishes to
share
what I am reading or trying to do read the appropriate area which I am
in?
Jaws is not always in sync with the visual!
I imagine the answer could be useful for a sighted person such as an IT
trainer or family member
for example.
