I find routing jaws to pc does the job as their generally use to
following the mouse.

Hi Tony,

Been there!

Try simply highlighting the word, sentence or paragraph you wish to point
out to the person reading the screen over your shoulder.

I'm not exactly sure what happens to the text visually when you highlight
it, but something sets it apart from the rest for someone sight reading.
