[vicsireland] accessing webmail

Hi All
I wonder is there anyone on the list using NTL webmail and are you
experiencing any difficulties with same.
When I go to webmail.ntlworld.ie I put in my email address with them, then I
put in my user name and password but it denies me access. I tried it
pressing the forms mode with enter, and I tried it without and it appeared
to accept the script.
Any suggestions or comments would be welcome as always.
