Hi,

This was, in part, a test to see if an attachment would get through.

I agree that attachments should not be allowed onto the list directly. they 
should go to the moderator who can make a call on whether or not they should be 
allowed.

Having said this, I hope that nobody is saying that fun using technology is not 
a part of the VICS list. What about all those who use music editing software 
and other technology tools just for fun?
