Sabrina,

Don't have iPhone but I read somewhere that positioning of phone in certain tasks could be a help; vertical/horizontal and all of that; try that!

U are grand Donal, yeah have been trying the two-finger double-tap but
sometimes it doesn't work ..
That was why I was asking if the phone should be away from my ear or
anything like that?

Sabrina, you don't need to know where the answer button is. When the phone
rings, just tap twice with two fingers. Sorry haven't been following this
thread, so apologies if this already answered.

down the volume on the wring tones though lol!

Usually the bottom left corner of the IPhone screen using a single finger
double tap works for me.

Paul.

Hi All,

When answering calls is there a certain way I need to have my phone? I.E.
does it need to be away from my ear and at a certain angle? And is there a
certain place you need to double tap with two fingers on the screen? I am
able to pick up sometime's but most of the time I am not getting it right.

Sabrina
