Just double tapp anywhere on the screen when a call comes in. That will
answer it for you.
Now ending calls, thats a whole different story, I'm still not doing that
right.

When answering calls is there a certain way I need to have my phone? I.E.
does it need to be away from my ear and at a certain angle? And is there a
certain place you need to double tap with two fingers on the screen? I am
able to pick up sometime's but most of the time I am not getting it right.
