[vicsireland] attachment problems

Hi friends,
Normally when I receive emails with attachments I have no problem opening them
but in the case of two emails who I am expecting attachments when I read the
email list jaws says the name of the emailer and says attachment but when I
open the message and press insert and letter a, jaws announces that there is no
attachment and no attachment shows up in the email window why is this and what
can I do to remedy this?
