I recently a seminar and one of my colleagues presented the following
information, on the list recently some people where asking about Andriod phone
and this may clarify info about iphone and android

If you have any problems copy and past the link.

The other infra red transmitter for the iPhone/iPod/iPad is called the Redeye
Mini. There is a review here

  Hi all

Sorry haven't been on line as have been having internet problems which will
not be sorted for another few days! anyway I have a question to ask as I
thought you would have the most info on it.

I have a Nokia E65 which I got a few years ago. Its starting to act up a lot
so am hoping to get new phone for Xmas. Went into Vodafone and the lady told me
that she thought I should be able to transfer my talking package to a new
phone without any extra charge but I am wondering if anyone of you has done
this or knows if that is actually true as she didn't really seem too sure.
Also would it be better to switch altogether to an iphone as I know it has been
getting good feedback from the VICs members and Stuart spoke very highly of it
on the radio yesterday.

Stuart also talked about a blue-tooth braille thing called Focus 40 I
think....does anyone of you know how much it costs??

Your help would be very much appreciated!

  Sarah Mc
