Hi Pat,
Great to hear you are up and running.
I put together a short review of the Apple Mac and this will be put up
on the VICS site soon.
In the meantime I would recommend you run the VoiceOver quick start
tutorial if you haven't done this already.
You can run the tutorial by hitting control option command F8. (This
is the three keys to the left of the space bar together with function
key 8).
I think the best place to start is with internet searching.
Perhaps you could take a look at the VICS site at http://www.vicsireland.org
