as always it was a simple problem I never ticked t
he voiceover cursor follow mouse cursor .
so now I know what my mouse is on.
the apple mac seems to be easy to use .
next thing is to get a mic .that mac and skype will work

In the meantime I would recommend you run the VoiceOver quick start
tutorial if you haven't done this already.
You can run the tutorial by hitting control option command F8.
(This is the three keys to the left of the space bar together with
function key 8).
I think the best place to start is with internet searching.
