This one's an odd one because there are obvious workarounds (e.g.: just save an
existing instrument in a new slot)
but it's partly a matter of principle for me. Occasionally I would just like to
start with a guarantee that ALL the sliders and settings are in the default
positions, and create some new sounds from the ground up.
So I go to "Instruments | clear" and then adjust some sliders, but when comes
to saving, Yoshimi complains that it can't save with the default name (Simple
Sound), and in a catch 22 the instruments can only be RE-named after they've
already been saved. :p
