i think you can use march instead of mtune and mcpu.... the other ones are left 
from the generic arm options in the zyn make file... 
but  i just used the specific as i'm working on the odroid....its pretty 
readily avaiable info.. although i'm still stabbing in the dark...

Interesting stuff. I wonder if we should put these in the build options.

Do you know if all of these only apply to the a15, or are some of them generic
arm flags. We differentiate Intel and AMD so I don't see why we should give
some ARM alternatives too.
