This has been refined, with an option in Config (defaulting to 'Off'). It also
now identifes new entries saved into a bank. Allowing this to be set by MIDI
created a potential race condition, so that's been removed. Also there was a
bug where it only recognised entries coming from part 1 (DOH!).
A variation available to CLI users too. As report lines will scroll off the
terminal buffer, you can simply enter "read latest"(r la) when in the 'Part'
context.
Personally I doubt I'll ever have it set, but then I'm supposed to know what
I'm doing!
Now I think I'd better find something important to do :P
