In the current master we now have a 'globals.h' file. This has a bunch of
definitions that were previously in CMakeLists.txt, the 'CommandBlock'
definition and some namespace restricted enum lists. This includes the top
level selections of config, vectors, scales etc. along with the part level
commands and synth engines.
There is a lot more to do of course, but already I'm seeing enough benefit to
wonder why I didn't do this before!
