Maybe it would be a good idea, to identify the controls, that actually should
show in '%'. Those should be pretty easy to do.
The only point I'd make about implementation, is that I would want to avoid
using MiscFuncs within the Gui code. In fact I want to eventually remove all
direct connection between the two.
I noticed that the MiscFuncs are all inside a class (not static), so I did not
add anything there. I also think I did not use any of the MiscFuncs in my new
code.
I don't know what time you have available, but I was hoping to make another
release late December, this was intended to to 1.4.2, but if this was pretty
complete, and if I can also get midi-learn complete, I think a jump to
1.5.0 would be justified.
I think this should be a possible task. If the way, the GUI works now, is
generally considered OK, then the most time consuming job will be finding the
math (the conversions). So, if all goes well, I'm pretty optimistic.
Of course, if Yoshimi gives real-life values, we'd probably need quite some
testing.
