[yoshimi-user] Version 1.0.0 can't start with option --state

When i start yoshimi with such option, it says:
Invalid state file specified for restore: ~/yoshimi.state
Yoshimi stages a strategic retreat :-(
But when i start it clear, i still can load same state manually.
