The command line entry is now implementation complete and the presentation
won't change. It has all the important controls, although over time more
are likely to be added.
It doesn't seem to have any affect at all on normal operation, but I won't
merge it into master until it's had more hours of use - preferably by different
people who hopefully, will test it's robustness by making mistakes I didn't
think of :)
