Would it be possible to merge in the zyn alsaengine that i posted earlier
on this list to get a alsaengine up and running again in mainline.
Also is it possible to port some of the fixes, this is basically a fork
and I'd like to keep a unified code base as much as possible.

- excluded alsa engine compilation (which only works in linux)
- corrected BankUI.fl (comparison of pointer and null pointer deference
bug)
- corrected source files to conform standard C library without glibc
extensions like exp10f etc..
