Just had a quick look at this (only had time to try the effects). These
seem to work correctly so far. No crashes or other problems so far.

However, I noticed the Edit button has disappeared! Is it being hidden by the
instrument name window?

Finally, I wanted to bring in all my old instrument banks. The 'reload
database' function worked but seems to have put all the instruments in totally
random order - and there is no way to re-order them :(
