Cal - I only mentioned the segfaults from starting yoshimi with arguments in
case it pointed to something actually important. I can handle typing an extra
space :)
David - re: Alsa vs. Jack - thanks for the link (and for doing so without the
acronym starting with r and ending with tfm - must have been tempted).
This clears a lot up.
One other question: At times yoshimi has crashed, just frozen up. It happened
when I was loading it with a number of instruments all driven by rosegarden - I
think only then but am not sure. Is there any chance of making it degrade
elegantly, where it would not fully crash or freeze across all instruments but
just stop one or more? I assume not but have to ask.
