Sourceforge seems to have come good, yoshimi-0.060.9.tar.bz2 now shows and
downloads
as expected.
Yes, I was able to download it earlier this evening. I updated my RPM
with the new source.
One of the package reviewers pointed out that the COPYING file isn't
quite adequate - really, it should have the text of both GPLv2 and
GPLv3:
