2) I'm experiencing an unexpected behaviour. I've created an easy
adsynth, with only one voice set to noise. Then set a
bandpass filter with Q and frequency tracking set to maximum values.
What I'm expecting of course is to here a defined pitch defined by the
note I'm sending yoshimi. This works as expected with this instrument

where I've done the above in the voice's own filter, bypassing the
global filter. However, when I turn off the voice's filter and try
using the global one, like this

I get some randomness on the frequency of the bandpass filter, i.e. on
the heard pitch. I mean that if I repeatadly press the same key on my
MIDI keyboard, I get a varying pitch. Where does this randomness come
from?

ah! no help needed for number 2), I figured it out. I hadn't seen the
"velocity sensitivity amplitude" parameter that is present only in the
global filter and was set halfways... that way each time I hit the key,
with different velocity, I got different pitches.
