aah - simple enough. Thanks a lot, it works now.
Having successfully skipped the curses interface for the last
months I seem to have forgotten about its existence.

Yoshimi is running well (jack session stuff untested), so I happily
give my +1 to the 'ready to call it 0.060' statement.

For Yoshimis PKGBUILD-script in the Arch User Repository I'm still
keen on finding a way to automate the architecture-detection.
The additional user interaction seems to stand in the way of 'The
Arch Way'. However, don't be bothered with this one, it's certainly
my job now.

Yep, I understand your problem. I don't know a whole lot about the magic of
package builds, but cmake is used widely enough that there must be methods
for dealing with it.

For example, ... if you just run 'cmake .' in the src directory, it'll build
with the default settings in CMakeLists.txt. For script building, I know you
can override those defaults by specifying the override in the command line -
it was mentioned long ago on yoshimi-user, but I can't remember what it looks
like.

cheers.
