My thoughts too - not really an issue until I noticed the virtual keyboard
running 0 -> 15.

Actually, it goes against the grain, but there is so much MIDI "history" it'd
create a lot of confusion if you changed it.
FWIW any programming I do uses 0 -> n internally, but 1 -> n+1 for user I/O and
display. Makes life a lot simpler!
