nice :) i just tried it, I will test it more extensively later.

On a side note, i am really liking yoshimi, and i want to keep
experimenting with coding new features, but is it better if i do it on
the 0.60 or the 0.62 branch?

A somewhat difficult choice, but I still feel 0.62 is the place for things
to advance. The main advantage of 0.062 is the major midi reorg that went
into it, which potentially enables some nice advances.

It'll most likely take a while to get 0.062 "production ready", so all I
ever wanted to achieve with 0.060 was a basic update to 0.058.1 adding
the Unison enhancement and jack session support. If that ever gets settled
down, I really don't want to do anything more with 0.060.

Do keep experimenting!

cheers.

I do think 0.060 should be 'set' as soon as possible and promoted to the
package managers. It is actually a lot more than just 0.058 with tweaks!

Then onward and upward with 0.062 :)
