Jim,

As I said in my original email, when phoning 195, insist on being put
through to registration and do not accept any rubbish from the advisor.
I informed the lady in registration  that the advisors need more
training and when you speak to registration, I advise you do the same
and maybe they might give them some.

HI Jackie and Dave,

I also am in the same boat and I phoned 195 to register, the operator
didn't have a clue what I was on about and told me to contact customer
services, so I did and spoke to a foreign person who also didn't have a
clue what I was on about, so I gave it up as a bad experience. It's not
worth the hassle.
