Jim, As I said in my original email, when phoning 195, insist on being put through to registration and do not accept any rubbish from the advisor. I informed the lady in registration that the advisors need more training and when you speak to registration, I advise you do the same and maybe they might give them some. Dave HI Jackie and Dave, I also am in the same boat and I phoned 195 to register, the operator didn't have a clue what I was on about and told me to contact customer services, so I did and spoke to a foreign person who also didn't have a clue what I was on about, so I gave it up as a bad experience. It's not worth the hassle. Good luck to all those who manage to register. Jim. > Thanks Dave. I'm in the same boat as yourself on this one, so will do. > > Jackie > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ankers, Dave (UK)" <Dave.Ankers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Thursday, November 29, 2007 2:42 PM > Subject: [access-uk] 1471 free ring back > > >> >> Hi All, >> >> I have been watching the thread and remembered that I was being charged >> for this service.
