Hi Colin.
I've given them several suggestions as to how they can better feed back to
customers, based on my own customer service experience. One of my
suggestions was having a person of account, so the customer had some
recourse to discuss the matter with someone instead of getting pro-former
email responses from different members of the team. Hopefully they'll
respond favourably to my suggestion.
