I agree both articles are well written, however not really saying anything new!
I regularly say to people I make presentations to about Access Technology and
the difference between Mac and Windows access, that, whilst you can do a lot of
things on the mac, and whilst inherently the fact that the mac is instantly
accessible, if you are totally Blind and need to produce high quality stuff,
Windows and a Screen Reader especially if you use Braille has a clear edge.
Now, I love using my mac, especially for entertainment related stuff, however
like Jackie I’ve just bought a Dell but the 15 inch version not the 13, because
in my work I need Windows, for broadcasting I need Windows, and whilst I love
my mac, for those high level tasks, for me, there never has been a discussion.
