Hi Mo, I tried to install this in win8 but at the end it insisted on me choosing a game which I could not click on for yes or no, so I had to give up. I presume this is a win8 problem. Tried Jaws and NVDA. And NVDA gave most information. Just stuck in a loop. Yes, there is a very nice alternative. its the alternative flash auto updator which downloads and updates flash for you. its fully accessible and its helped me out on a few occasions. its pretty straight forward to use, just leave everything set at the defaults. when prompted for an update in future, run it and click on check and update and that should pull in the latest version of flash for you. if you want to double check the version before and after, you may have to use the jaws curser on the updates tab as that tells you what version's installed and when you click update, what version's been installed. the link is: http://pxc-coding.com/downloads/flash-updater/Alternative-Flash-Player-Auto-U pdater-1.1.0.5-Setup.exe cheers, Mo. It comes with so much spam it should be made illegal. It took me 4 attempts to get it installed and then ages to uninstall the unwanted programs it insisted on installing. Is there not an alternative to this nightmare?
