How usable is MS Access these days?
there is a yawning gap in the market for an accessible Windows
database solution.

Hope that makes sense. I would like something that could be added
to should the need arise for more fields. So, could I do all this
in Outlook 2010 or a combination of Outlook and other Office
programmes? Or, would I be better off with a dedicated CRM programme?
