Hi Caroline

I use AVG Free Edition, and the latest version supports Vista Home Premium. Although Vista has its security features, I would prefer to run something in addition as you never quite know.

I haven't had any problems with using it. Norton 360 came already installed, but I removed it without launching the program, and haven't encountered any problems by doing that either.

Subject: [access-uk] Anti-Virus Recommendations

Hello,

Please could anyone recommend an anti-virus package for use with Vista Home Premium. Is it, in fact, necessary to run a separate anti-virus program in
combination with Vista's improved security features. I know NOD32 is
excellent for use with XP as I use it myself, but has anyone tried it with
Vista and does it appear to work just as well?

Thanks,

Caroline.
