talking of articles for the blind, I have to post some braille equipment to a friend in Australia. Does anyone know whether it is permissible to use articles for the blind for this purpose? I do not wish to break any regulations, and do not know where to find out whether AFB labels apply in Commonwealth countries. Maybe I should phone RNIB customer services to find out.
