I'm sending this to your private address as well as the list as I'm having 
great problems at the moment.

I was told by the Head Postmaster here in Brighton that the rules of the 
sending post office apply. So if the UK rules allow the item to go free post 
as Braille equipment most certainly would the Australian post office would 
accept it.
