Hi Saqib

I only moved from Sky because they don't offer broadband on its own, it has to
be with a TV package, and I decided it's not worth it any more. As I have a BT
line anyway, I felt it was just as convenient to go with BT, otherwise I would
have stayed put.

I've had months of the same problem and that's why I'm no longer with them.
It's much better with Sky. I pay £5 per month for 40GB of data and I only ever
use around 5GB tops. I've never had a problem with the wireless modem.
When I was with BT it was so randam and they use to get me to open the cover on
the main socket.
