Hi Chris I use the website with Jaws version 12 and it is a bugger. I've been in contact with them over this and it is a fault of the rnib, as Barclays use them to up date there site and to see if it is accessible to screen readers. but it doesn't work with my version of Jaws so they are looking in to it for me.

Is anyone on here and a Barclays customer?

They have revised their website and I think personally it is a major step backwards for accessibility. Their previous site worked good for me, now it is just very cluttered and quite confusing at times when trying to navigate with voiceover on the Mac. I had to resort to using their mobile site (first time ever) and that site is way too basic, does not even have headings to anchor on, and you can only see about 5 items within your monthly statement.

Anyone used the new site yet and/or have any comments?
