I think Angela is covering herself propperly if its explained in a note, 
presumably at the
start of the translation section convcerned, the convention being used in the 
text to
represent the 'at' sign in email addresses..

Some years back when I did Braille transcription it wass the t h e sign then.  
I've a
feeling though that the Braille Authority may have designated dot 4 as the 
prescribed at
sign, no doubt according to the code Napoolian!

Well, that's a good idea to put a note in, but it's definitely only the
"the" sign.

Isn't Braille confusing! (smile).
