Colin; Many factors at play here! Do you know if your broadband is "unbundled"? ie, do Orange supply and maintain your home phone service as well? How is your wireless set up? Is it b, g or N? What's the signal strength? Are you in a busy are where there might be other routers on the same channel? Did Orange provide the equipment? What have they said about it? The best and most official place to start is at http://speedtester.bt.com/ Click "yes" to agree, Select the button marked "ADSL and Fibre to the cabinet" (NOT the beta test!), enter your phone number only (don't enter service ID) click run and wait about 3 minutes.
