[access-uk] Dolphin v9 announced

Seems version 9 of HAL, Supernova etc is going to be quite an upgrade.
Highlights include much needed improvement in web page navigation,
Office 2007 ribbon navigation, improved Braille support, and, um,
scripting? Yes, Dolphin too. Sounds very similar to GW Micros
approach.
Release date is reckoned to be 12 March.
I'm not a Dolphin or HAL user, but they do seem often to feel
neglected on lists like this, so maybe this will make them feel a bit
better?
No one's ever explained that virtual focus thing to me in HAL.
