Hi Ray, Virtual Focus is just a more complicated version of browse mode in Window-Eyes. Why do I say more complicated? Because you can have virtual focus mode, the kind of equivalent to browse mode, then you can have area virtual focus mode, which is more like Window-Eyes' live use of the mouse, except they have this other "special" mode to allow you to mouse around the screen, thus it is not live mouse, as Window-Eyes is. Window-Eyes is the only screen reader that makes real use of the "live" mouse as a sighted person may use it, and I personally love this approach. JAWS is similar, except that you have to hit the JAWS cursor to get it, which makes it not live.
