I really don't know about 2.

With 1, however, probably the simplest would be to highlight the sheet which 
you want to send. Open another workbook and paste that sheet into it. Then send 
book2.

That's the problem.  I'm not sure just how to save the sheet on its own.

No, she doesn't use Jaws but her column headings were definitely showing in 
that sheet for items by which I could sort.  Maybe mine weren't because I 
was using different fonts.  I'll have to do some experimenting there and 
change the fonts on my sheets.  What do you think?

It won't be verbosity settings because she's not using jaws.  What do you 
lock the cell for and how do I check if hers is locked?
