Hi Mandy

I won't bother telling you how to fix this as several others have done so, 
but I will tell you that the same thing happened on my computer right after 
a microsoft update.  I think that could be why it changed.

I've had a few days away and whilst going through emails am finding that 
some say collapsed and some say expanded, neither of these used to appear so 
how do I get rid of this please?  I see in the options something to do with 
automatically expand group messages is it something along these lines?
