I don't think that 0 ever gets updated, or maybe it will be the next time you 
have to activate JAWS. I also have a version left, same thing here.

  I updated my SMA for JAWS a couple of months ago and had expected my SMA 
status to rise from 0 to 2 in in the  help / about file. The status still 
remains at 0 software maintenance agreement. 

  I'm assured that I am definitely entitled to the next 2 upgrades but I'm 
interested to know when and how this 0 will be updated.

  Anyone know?
