You're welcome, Kseniya. Further to my message, I've been playing around with Eset v4 this morning and it seems that all aspects of the application are accessible alright. I could even read the log files and the quarantine contents without the need to use my screen reader's virtual cursor! Eset implemented shortcut keys as well and they are working fine. And in any case, all the most frequently used features of the program such as disabling/enabling the firewall and anti virus, check for updates, computer scan and so on are readily available from the Eset System Tray icon if you've the advanced display mode enabled. So, Eset version 4 has only one interface that is accessible for all. Well done!
