Probably not any more now that 0845 numbers are free from BT if you are on
one of their Option plans.

Hi Alexander,

Oh, I don't remember seeing this number so I've taken it for future 
reference.  The one I gave yesterday was 01202 5488888.  I don't know if it 
still works but, if it does, it may be a cheaper option for some than the 
0845 number.
