Hi Carol, "do you just install over the top or have a fresh install?"Eset recommends uninstalling all other protection software before installing; I reckon they meant other than Eset products though. However, I uninstalled my older version before updating just to be sure and to avoid any complications; it only takes a few minutes after all.After you install and connect to the internet, a popup window pops up asking you if you want to allow your computer to be seen on the network. Jaws previously couldn't cope with that window but you'll be pleased to know that this window now is fully accessible.
