Its not just about money either its about organisation. Speaking to Steven
Fry well in advance so that the Audio can come out at the same time, getting the TXt file to Scottish Braille not on the day of publication but weeks beforehand so that the Braille is available....

I may be wrong, but I don't even think they bothered to send a txt file to SBP at all - didn't they have to scan it? I know they're worried aobut security, but let's face it they could have afforded to lock the people transcribing the book into a room with three security guards, with food and water being pumped in through specially-constructed hatchways, if they really thought this was necessary.
