[access-uk] Re: Excel question

Another question though - should I be able to get into the Format/Cells
dialog when just focused in one cell from that column?  Because when in cell
J1, which says in it "Phone No", pressing Enter on Format/Cells does
nothing.  So I selected the entire column, then followed the steps below -
which has worked.  But the problem is, if I add more data below the point I
selected to, the problem with the numbers being miswritten/misread by JAWS
reoccurs.  Does this mean every time I add another row of data I have to
format the cells again?  I think I must be missing something...?
