Thanks David. Well April 2008 is two years off, so its going to be a long
waite for the National Express, or whatever buses this free travel is going
to apply to. I forgot to say this new concession or travel benefit will
apply to pensioners and disabled people.


I wonder what 'off-peak' will turn out to mean.
