Thanks to those who did comment on the question of HTML vs. text emails. I'm well aware of the supposed or actual risks that are said to accompany HTML emails; it was the accessability angle I was really focusing on. Justin pointed out the problems that Zoomtext users can face with the formatting of some HTML messages. We didn't hear from Braille output users though, and it might be interesting to hear whether this any one using a Braille display really does have a problem, and if they necessarily should be having problems anyway.
