That is why I advised that she press on the right mouse button and see if there is an extract all. Believe it or not but many people download a 3rd party unzip application and I don't know if its just me but I haven't had a windows unzipping program for a long time now. I don't know why but I don't think its a problem to download a 3rd party application and the two I recommended are blind friendly but each to their own. If you have one on your machine and don't need to download something then great but I haven't seen one on mine.
